Cons
1. Tiny work place with large working hours 2. Self-centred boss (you must call him “boss” otherwise the boss might not happy with you & black mouth behind you) 3. The boss always wanna get involve in the project (seems good huh?) but he never really get involved in it and just ruin every meetings with client, coz he doesnt really want to solve the problem but just keep the problem unresolved and keep the client paying money with no value. 4. His attitude towards the qs profession is terrible. If u are expecting good qs mind set, please do not consider this company 5. Poor employee benefits (simply nothing) 6. Narrow heart boss. You have offenced the boss whenever u decided to leave the company. Mind your career path if you decided to join this company, coz you are at high risk in being black mouth by the boss.
