Cons
The company as a whole was very cliquey. Retaliation in subtle ways was very obvious however nothing that could create legal issues, simply causing poor morale and garbage store culture. Regional managers and store managers are left to run their area however they choose which lead to a lot of inconsistency. Overall the company is painfully unorganized, they are very proud to be family owned and operated with over 65 locations however they need to have a more corporate style structure to be effective.
