      Pros

      Pay was great, but only because I was employeed by RumbleOn, the parent company at the time. The work was relatively simple and, for the most part, was clockwork.

      Cons

      Management had basically no idea what they were doing. Will, the General Manager at the time, was totally untrained and brand new to the position. He was very unprofessional as he was covered with tattoos and having a mohawk.

      Good upward mobility potential and vast geographical opportunities to relocate for an opportunity. Great people across all the stores I have worked at.
