They put up several more trucks and raised the pay. Manegment has become more relaxed and crews are now allowed to stay at the station more. They put up another station in Naperville and crews usually stick to their area. Because of the extra trucks they put up, the call volume isn't as much even though they picked up a lot more contracts. Supervisors are awesome and there is always overtime for extra cash. Knew monitors anf equipment is always in very good shape or it is fixed right away.
