Corporation - Director Ridgeline Management Employee Review

This company started out as small moms and pops and it remained so while the original Owner and CEO stepped down. Since, this company thinks all about monetary individuality. Don't get me wrong, i believe that every company needs to make money, but doing so under fair and ethical boundaries. Ridgeline dismisses employee conflict only for their self image of the company. They are underpaid, under-managed and self absorbent.
