Pros
They encourage you to learn and grow professionally. If you are willing to learn, they are willing to teach. I've never been made to feel bad when I ask questions and if I don't "get it" with the first explanation, they are really good at rewording things until I do understand. Competitive pay, heavy workload means you are busy all day which makes the day go faster. Mandatory OT happens frequently but it's usually only an hour or two which I don't mind. Everyone is friendly and the company atmosphere is all about teamwork and keeping clients happy. I am very happy here knowing that I have room to advance and get promotions.
Cons
Deadlines can get pretty tight which can stress you out. Frequent OT may be an issue for some people. No paid Vacation days but they also didn't have 401k when I started and now they do. They are growing so some of those things are still being worked out.
