Pros
The only pro is that I can work from home and not have to face any of the management team as they are absolutely useless and do not care about their staff or customers. The office environment would be so toxic.
Cons
Too many to list, if you want to be sold a dream about the wonderful jobs/ careers they offer think again! Since the old management left the company the ‘new management’ have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They have no knowledge of the business and all they do is just sweep problems under the rug and hope they go away.. and then have the audacity to wonder why the same problems keep resurfacing! The company do not look after their staff at all. I have been here a few years now and don’t even know who my manager is because as soon as one starts they leave and another one comes on board and then they leave and it’s the same thing again and again. I’ve never had a one to one and after 4 years I still haven’t had a pay review but the CEO will happily sit on a stupid town hall once a fortnight to tell you how well the company is doing and it’s profits!!! It’s all lies.. the company isn’t doing well at all. Customers are leaving left right and centre because of the terrible service they are receiving. I do wonder how this company is still trading sometimes. The positive reviews on here are not from real employees I can assure you… someone from management has had to write these crap reviews to make the company not look so bad! It’s a disaster!!!! Stay away and keep your sanity!!!!
