I have been working at RightCrowd for more than 2 years now and I am so grateful to be a part of such a flexible and supportive team. The company truly understands the challenges of commuting in Metro Manila and has allowed us to work from home, which has been a lifesaver. Despite the option to work from home, the company still maintains a physical office, but employees are free to come and go as they please. There are some downsides to working at RightCrowd. Specifically, the low headcount in Manila means that employees are not able to include dependents in their healthcare plans. This can be a significant financial burden for those with families, and it would be great if the company could find a way to address this.
