There are no cons that I can list at this time. The management has been transparent with all employees about pain points as we have grown, which they have addressed in a timely fashion.

To be honest there isn't much to put here - as the company has grown and new challenges have presented themselves, the management team has been nothing short of amazing in doing their best to meet them in a way that caters to everyone's needs. Nothing but good things to say.
