Rightech has been in the business of providing gainful employment for our employees, as well as creating value and competitive advantages for our clients, for more than 21 years now. With this our 22nd year poised to be one of our best years yet in terms of the number of people we employ and customers we serve, time has proven the worth of our company and the executive team that directs it. Rightech goes to great lengths to build long term relationships with our contract employees. We strive to match their skillsets, experience, and employment goals with job opportunities from our clients that meet or exceed those goals. At the end of the day, without our contract employees we would not be in business. It is therefore absolutely critical that we respect and seek to grow and nurture these relationships. Unfortunately, not every opportunity we try to create works out in the end. We acknowledge that, and always try to do our best to make things right when they don’t go as planned. We are a people company, and we pride ourselves on the integrity we bring to the relationships that we build – both with our clients and with our employees. As with any relationship, especially professional relationships, communication is the key to success. When there is not open, honest, and constructive communication, relationships break down. Spreading unsubstantiated inflammatory rhetoric behind anonymous posts on the internet is neither open, honest, or constructive communication.
