Pros

Great benefits, good initial paid training where the company pays your mileage expense and pays your hotel and lunch for your stay.

Cons

My manager was a know it all (not) little punk. Lied to customers and I was made to sell cars where the manager knew there was something wrong with the vehicle. The company had the manager pack all of the profit on the back end where there was little to no profit on the front end causing a lot of mini $100 commission deals. Company made up to $2000 profit on extended warranty in my tenure and I was only paid $25. There was no spiff of GAP insurance. Management was required to send ALL sub-prime deals to the in house lender first which would mostly charge around a $3000 fee on the vehicle PLUS 25% interest whereas the customer could have been approved and was approved for less interest rate and sometimes no fee. Payments were based on the customers income and very few were less than $370 per month on a car worth 3 grand you just bought for 10. Sales leads from advertisements are given to a chosen one or two which in actuality someone else most likely worked for. Racism is rampant as well as lack of tolerance for diversity. This is a great place to work if you're a jerk and want to make no money while you're taking advantage of someone down on their luck.

Pros

The coworkers if you are lucky enough to get a good group

Cons

This company misrepresents potential commissions. They find ways to not pay commission and bonuses on schedule. Upper management is over paid while lower level employees starve. Internal conflicts of interest (buyer also runs his own store). No spread in their vehicles. Company bank robs it’s own stores with ridiculous fees.
