Pros
There were a lot of wonderful people working there and at one time they would have great TGIF parties on Fridays. I worked for some great attorneys and paralegals at one time, but they left the firm.
Cons
My last five years there were not good. I was basically reduced to a file clerk, although I was employed as a secretary. I worked for an absolutely horrible paralegal who micro-managed everything that I did. Working hard, staying overtime without pay did not stop her from giving me horrible reviews and I in return received laughable raises -- 15.00 after a year! It became a very hostile and stressful work environment.
