Pros

Free food during the week. Lots of new senior staff to network with as they hire and fire new people every few months currently. The new COO seems strong and CPO has a good vision that enables sales.

Cons

Turnover of staff has rapidly increased. Really not confident with senior management as recently a new CRO was brought in and exited in under 6 months. Also about 50% of C-suite were hired in the last 6 months. Every project is in the red because understaffed but finance only allow to hire after the issues come to a head and then hire consultants at inflated rates. All the staff with the best knowledge of the products have either left, are leaving or ignored. Communication from top down is awful, every time anything is shared from senior management people already knew as it is so old people have been speaking about if for months. As an example, a senior manager was let go with around 20 reports mid review time and no one said anything but his account had been deactivated. Sales are very slow, but with 3 CRO's in the last 12 months, multiple senior heads of regional sales and no clear plan it's not hard to see why. Diversity and inclusion was forgotten about with the new PE firm from the looks of things.
