Pros

The best part of my job was definitely the people I worked with.

Cons

In my IT job, I know that sometimes I have to be available to fix urgent problems, which is just part of the job. However, at this company, the way they handled this was really terrible. They seemed disorganized and treated us like we were always available for them, even at odd hours, which messed up our work-life balanced and personal plans. I often had to cancel important family events or social gatherings because they needed me on short notice. What made it worse was that they didn't seem to care about how it affected us our personal lives; they were more focused on making money. It was really demoralizing to see them not respecting our basic needs and professional rights.

Pros

I have been working for RingMD for less than a yea, but am still as committed and excited about the company and my job as I was on day one. Everyday brings new challenges, and you are able to approach these challenges with autonomy and creativity. You are able to work with and lean on some extremely brilliant people. You will not find a more smart, dedicated, motivated, and supportive cast of employees anywhere.

Cons

It's easy to forget that RingMD is basically a start-up, and a lot can get thrown at you at one time. You definately have to learn to roll with the punches.

Pros

Pay has been better for the overtime work we do, but we also do need some rest and that doesn't compensate it.

Cons

With what's happening nowadays, and the current situation in the country, we get a lot more calls from patients. The number of our patients have tripled, and it's more than we can handle. There are only a few of us staff in here and we've been handling all these people since this crisis started. A lot of us has already been experiencing burnout from the overtime we do and weeks without a day off but the company still doesn't want to hire new staff.
