- very nice office location with lots of food places and public transport nearby
- the health insurance is definitely above average and worth mentioning, they also offer a gym-membership, thai classes and more
- the hr and legal department is quite helpful for foreigners
Cons
- upper management micromanages hard during sprints, despite minimal knowledge of the industry with no room for discussion causing chaos, then blames lower management for the consequences and low morale, despite them giving warnings
- they want to use agile, but there is a lack of discipline to learn and apply it
- unprofessional office politics, people in higher positions insist on ineffective methods because they think suggesting an alternative, even if its already in use, is a personal attack
- the creative process is quite toxic, even when presenting hard data and there is no interest in learning to adjusting the process from experienced people
- there even is an active effort in trying to prevent people from exchanging knowledge and information, because the person with knowledge might point out flaws, which lead to hurt feelings
- low pay
- the noise level can be quite bad for concentration
- too many people cramped into a small space, leading to bad air in the office
