      Pros

      Small company that can react to the market quickly. Some really genuine people wanting to be great at their jobs.

      Cons

      Controlled from the top. No advancement, no pay reviews or rises, no communication. Treated as if temporary and unnecessary. Ideas ignored or derided dependant on the mood of senior management. A company stuck looking back at how good it used to be, afraid of change and reality.

      Small company that cares about it's products and it's employees. Owners are very involved and take pride in what they deliver.

      Pros

      The only "pro" to this job is that it might be one notch better than having no job at all. I said it MIGHT be.

      Cons

      Owner has absolutely no regard for the people he employs. In his eyes they are liabilities that need to be tolerated. I'm all about working for a living but 20-30 hours of overtime per week is ridiculous. And then he gets pissed when you don't want to come in on Sunday so the Work/Life Balance rating would actually get negative stars if it were possible. I'm seriously suspicious of the one stellar review this company has on here.
