Great hospital. Nice staff and good work environment

Great orientation program and mentorship for new grads. Supportive preceptors, hands-on learning, and exposure to various specialties. Teamwork among staff was strong, and the education department was helpful.

Some units are understaffed at times, leading to high patient loads. Communication between departments could be improved. Occasionally inconsistent feedback depending on the preceptor.
