Pros

Compensation structure includes certain benefits and stipends that can provide meaningful value depending on role and department. There are capable employees throughout the organization, and some departments contain strong frontline personnel who genuinely work hard to keep operations moving despite operational challenges. Internal advancement opportunities do exist, and some employees are able to move into increased responsibility relatively quickly. Senior leadership is generally accessible, and employees may feel concerns are heard in the moment. There are talented individuals throughout the company doing their best to succeed despite larger organizational issues.

Cons

Communication failures remain one of the largest operational concerns. Cross-department coordination is inconsistent, procedural changes are not communicated effectively, and frontline feedback is not incorporated into decision-making. This creates inefficiency, duplicated effort, and unnecessary operational friction. Staffing decisions and compensation structures in certain areas appear misaligned with operational demands, contributing to turnover challenges and placing additional burden on existing employees. Workplace culture and accountability standards were also concerns during my employment. I personally observed and experienced conduct that I know was inconsistent with maintaining a professional workplace environment. Since my original review, a U.S. Department of Labor review regarding my compensation classification that I had reported months before my termination has become official and resulted in a determination that I had been improperly classified for overtime purposes. As a result, I received a five figure settlement in back wages that were owed. Employees should ensure they understand overtime classification standards, job expectations, and compensation structures associated with their role. My separation from employment occurred after reporting concerns related to workplace conduct and after engaging in protected activity involving religious accommodation and medical leave needs. I maintain documentation supporting my concerns and continue to believe leadership decisions surrounding my situation reflected significant failures in process and employee relations.
