Pros

You suffer with your co workers

Cons

If you are considering working for Risewell’s Denver office, be aware that the culture can feel very cliquish and unprofessional. Favoritism within management appears to play a significant role in opportunities and workplace treatment, while employees who are not personally favored may experience a hostile or uncomfortable work environment. The atmosphere in the office often depends on leadership’s mood, and employees may feel discouraged from contributing ideas or speaking openly. Communication and accountability from upper management also seem lacking, with blame frequently shifted onto departments rather than addressing broader cultural issues from the top down. Over the past several months, the company has lost multiple strong employees, both from layoffs and turnover tied to morale and workplace culture concerns. Before accepting a position in the Denver office, I would strongly encourage prospective employees to speak candidly with current team members about their experiences and the day-to-day environment.

Pros

Some of the people here are alright

Cons

Lower commission, unless you hit the unrealistic goals they set for you. Management is self absorbed, oblivious and lacking in leadership skills, knowledge and talent.
