Poor upper management
Micromanaged by middle management
Company is against upgrades, process improvements
They don't acknowledge when you succeed.
No career advancement. Only spots for Lead positions open when someone quits.
Turnover is absolutely crazy. In 2 years, I trained over 60+ people.
They will hire anyone, even without a degree.
They will not increase your pay even when you out perform the whole company.
Culture is pitiful compared to larger companies.
