Pros
- The best thing about Risk Ledger is the people you work with. The team are high IQ and equally high EQ - driven, hardworking, but also incredibly friendly. Everyone knows their role but are also always happy to assist wherever, whenever you need it, giving the working environment real focus without losing that friendly and relaxed feeling. - Management are friendly, very approachable, and clear with their goals for the business. We all know what we're working towards and management trust the staff to own their roles and to get on with their job with no micromanagement. - A genuinely unique, interesting, and exciting product that has a great opportunity to be something really big.
Cons
Nothing that doesn't effect any startup and nothing you wouldn't expect elsewhere... Ideally, we would have more staff to help further develop the product on quicker timeframes - but we know there are plans in place to make this happen so it's only a matter of time!
