Pros
Working with a network across the country provides a wide variety of experiences. They pay reasonably well, and the benefits package is great.
Cons
Tuition assistance is kind of a joke, the Canadian Head Office (where the executives are) treat the US team as a red-headed stepchild. Conflict resolution can be difficult to come by. Very corporate atmosphere. Also, they are very understaffed which means people are over worked (50hr weeks are not uncommon even for peons). Difficult to move up unless willing to relocate internationally.
