Pros
A very diverse group of people working together and learning from each other. Also, there is a large lead list through sales force and all of the calls are warm making it relatively easy to get the customers attention.
Cons
Majority of the day is spent in your cubicle doing repetitive tasks and you rarely travel to an auction site. Its more of a telemarketing job than a true sales role.
