Management is top shelf and Eileen is an amazing human and owner who genuinely listens to every position level while serving as a role model for other specialty coffee roasters. I worked at 2 locations full time in 3 years and had the best coworkers anyone could as for, which is no surprise considering it truly attracts the best kind of people. It has an elite quality reputation because training, sourcing, and roasting never compromise.
