Pros

There's no pros other than getting your allowance of products every 3 months and winning bonuses once in a blue moon.

Cons

Horrible experience as manager's only prioritising their own schedules and family lives as if we never had one. Always expected to cover late night shifts. Staff always expected to do overtime and can't get time in lieu when needed - has to be at manager's discretion at a random day that is of no use to staff. Wage was very low £8.50 an hour. Team of racist people discriminating and targeting ethnic groups that follow Islam. Constantly trying to modernise the appearance of the hijab and being asked to wear it in ways they prefer, do heavy makeup which doesn't suit Islamic values and asked to wear figure hugging trousers and sizes that you don't feel comfortable in. Worse time of my life I had to leave at an unexpected time. Was forced my way out without securing a new job as when management changed they tried all sorts of tricks to get rid of us. Developed anxiety and was literally mocked by the manager and area manager who did nothing but indirectly bully you, making you feel intimidated and not addressing any of your concerns. There's no winning. If you don't have much to hold on in life especially at these unprecedented times do not apply as you would lose the last glimpse of hope in you.

- rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
