      Nice brand and lots of work to be done.

      Cons

      - Chaotic communication and misscommunication - Toxic culture and non supportive work environment - Poor management (politics, stressful and bad behaviour, like yelling to people, judging with very strict tone, no constructive feedback) - Not open to colleagues that are not Dutch - No opportunities to growth / not clear path to grow
