Pros
1. In the store i worked in there was a great communication throughout the team. 2. You recieve benefits such as free items + a discount.
Cons
1. It's very tough to reach the specific economical targets in stores, because they are set too high - from what i've learned, is that it can be quite unmotivating throughout the whole team, because it's too unrealistic. 2. As a sales assistant it can be very tough to work your way up throughout Rituals, and that is not very motivating, when you'd love to grow with the company and get the opportunity of another role.
