      Pros

      They offer you a good salary to get you onboard but after that the mind body and soul ethos is out the window.

      Cons

      The most long winded interview process ever, training travel expectation beyond it and costly. Very disorganised. They’ve lost the soul of what Rituals was, now it’s just a huge brand on every corner, that offer a mediocre product and experience.

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
