      Pros

      There are worse cultures Generally pay on time

      Cons

      Noncompetitive pay Culture fully separated from reality Typical tech company: Rush rush rush, then complain and act surprised when things are unstable

      Pros

      Can be fun to work on AI products (but, banking so much on AI isn't exactly the best thing in everyone's opinion for a companies success). office was nice.

      Cons

      I felt everything was very cold and didn't enjoy how I was treated. Also, they want you to come into the office. Not fully remote options, no proper work life balance.
