      They underpay and under-appreciate their staff. Ever since the merger, it has been a total nightmare. Broken promises time and time again.

      Pros

      If you have a good boss, that you and your department will be like a family. The work is very rewarding

      Cons

      Pay is not great. lots of empty promises in regards to pay. used to have bonuses. Very cold interaction between executives and regular employees unless there is a WIIFM component for them, which stinks.
