Pros
Uniform allowance - every season you'll receive a new allowance to spend. Has to be spent in one go and normally approved by the manager. Has to reflect the newest trends of the season. You get something like £65-85 if I remember right so normally will get you 1 too and bottoms if you are working 1-2 days a week and more if you are working 3-4 days. So the more days a week you work the higher the allowance. You also get 40% discount on everything except sale items and RI studio pieces, you can spend up to £100 of your own money using the discount - therefore means you can buy goods worth £250 every month. If you go over it counts as theft and you might get a white letter (warning), get three of those and you may be sacked Continuous training provided, you learn different things until you are fully trained to deal with pretty much everything in the store.
Cons
Depends from the management and the store, if they like you - you'll get more growth possibilities, if they don't- well you might as well prepare to be told off for anything you do wrong. Stressful around sales as the managers may take it out on you - again, depends from the individual store Hard to switch shifts/holidays
