Pros
Loved working with the patients and some of the office staff.
Cons
There is a strong fear of educated, intelligent, outspoken employees. There is ZERO clinical leadership at the clinic level. Every decision has to be driven through the top four or five people running the company. There is no effort made to be inclusive of different interests, backgrounds, or skill sets. People are forced to seek care there given there are no true alternatives, and so therapists are forced to see 8-12 people a DAY in a seven hour work day. Raises are small and not proportionate with the workload. Therapists are given tremendous responsibility and work with no leadership or solidarity from the four or five people who run everything. The outlying clinics in Eastern TN are managed by people who are not clinically trained and therefore, driven by characterological flaws and temperamental outbursts.
