Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. As you can see, you're one of the first! And for that, our hats are off to you.
We do want to apologize that you don't feel that you have enough work, opportunities for advancement & training and that your leadership team hasn't stepped up to the plate. You and all of our RiverBankers deserve better. In our most recent employee survey, 80% of our team responded that they feel highly valued with 20% saying they feel valued most of the time. We're proud of that, and while you may represent a smaller group of individuals, we still want everyone to have the best experience possible.
With last year being the whirlwind that it was (maybe an understatement, right?) we've definitely had our share of challenges in many areas. However, we've also had many wins. We have been able to maintain 100% of our staff since the pandemic started, maintain benefits, and even continue with promotions and pay increases with additional added benefits (like fully paid parental leave, remote/flexible work going forward, and a relaxed dress code). Additionally, we've added members to the Executive Team who are very focused on ensuring the right people can advance, have the right workload to feel like they contribute, are trained, and have leadership that works to help all succeed.
Again, we're sorry for your negative experiences, but we want to make it right and are taking many steps to get there.
