Pros
Work atmosphere is great, they tell you in the interview they want people who have a solid work ethic and positive attitude and once you are in the team you realize they actually find motivated people like that (not like alot of other companies who hire you as a number). More close knit team than a huge corporate which is what I was used to, learn a ton of consumer psychology with the marketing events, learn about other business structures, you learn HR, and several other cross training skills you can take anywhere with you. If you are looking for solid applicable experience to take to other companies or grow with this one, they teach it - trust me I've had experience before this that is way worse
Cons
You have to be self motivated and willing to get out of your comfort zone, hard for a lot of people. It wasn't in my field of engineering but I learned from it
