      Pros

      pay was ok and commission. Some people were ok.

      Cons

      some of the employees have no regards of the customers. They yell or argue in front of anyone. Have no respect for anybody. If they feel bad for you or have pity.. They will keep you even if you do a bad job. Their prices are so high, no one wants to do business with them.

      Pros

      Lost some really good people. Great customers. The owners should sell the operation before Toyota pulls the plug. Diamond in the rough.

      Cons

      2nd generation owners, Negative culture. Distrust among General Managers of other company stores. Lack of cooperation. You are working in a shark tank. Once you figure out the comp plan you realize you are getting ripped. Lots of spying and backstabbing. Too many employees there who just want to coast. The hard workers wind up leaving. Very high turn-over.
