Understaffed, under appreciated - EVS Associate (Housekeeping) Riverside Community Hospital Employee Review

Our contract is currently up and under review, they want to take our health insurance. We are understaffed, underplayed and under appreciated for the work that is put in. Nurses have PTSD from Covid and understaffed, Dr’s are being worked passed exhaustion (fainting at work). Housekeeping is unable to keep up with the demand of the hospital all while being underpaid.
