Riverside is in an exciting position as a product and company. The product is constantly evolving and leading the market in this space. Each employee's feedback and work has a direct impact on our future which is a refreshing feeling. Not only is the product thrilling to learn and develop, but the folks behind it all are wonderful to work with. From the top of the chain to the newest employee, everyone is in this together and it truly feels like a team effort. Each person I have the pleasure of speaking with is kind, enthusiastic, and willing to lend a hand. Personal growth is applauded and compliments feel genuine rather than forced.
Cons
Rapid growth and change come with the benefits of being a small startup. If you are looking to sit back and get by, these challenges could be seen as a con. If you are motivated and willing to tackle them head on, they only add to the excitement. Similar to above, fully remote work could be seen as a con for some, or benefit for others.
