      It's a job that gives solid hours Client staff were nice to deal with when interacting

      Cons

      Awful culture and catty employees No sense of consequences for anyone who makes an error but disability related incidents are treated as a permanent mark No clue how to handle disabled or mentally ill employees and support is basically unavailable (councillors or nothing effectively) A constant feeling of being undermined Secondment for specialist positions not incentivised and no sign of it becoming a formal position, No feeling of progression at all Generally feeling as if the company client has no regard for any of the employees

      Pros

      As an employee, I feel very appreciated. The flexible working hours allow me to manage my professional and private challenges well. Because of these opportunities and benefits and the work that satisfies me, I can't imagine working anywhere else at the moment. My supervisor in particular supports me in all things. I always feel well informed about new developments in the company. I would recommend Riverty as an employer to anyone, who is close to me.

      Cons

      Riverty could join Hansefit. Then you could keep fitter. And some internal processes take a little longer, but that's understandable for such a large company.
