Pros

Fun, flexible, and technically challenging work environment. The EV domain is really interesting and technically enjoyable. There is good care for people. The management demonstrated the ability to turn around difficult situations while keeping an empathetic look at the people.

Cons

The engineering department is a bit of a silo from the rest of the company. The interactions between product and engineering are not the healthiest. A small team means little to no possibility of career progression.

Pros

- A company with real potential - A good place to start your career - Okay salary range - Nice colleagues and collaboration in afterwork - Events as party's, Ski-trips and sport events - Dynamic and booming market

Cons

- To much (corporate) processes for a scale-up - Internal bureaucracy - Long decision times - No clear/transparency in strategy - No growth path/coaching - Hard to start projects/bring feedback into a solution by yourself - Almost no working from home - Benefits depends on the department

Pros

- Great people – colleagues are approachable, collaborative, and easy to work with. - Fast decision-making – you don’t need to align with endless stakeholders to move things forward. It’s possible to make a tangible impact quickly. - Dedicated and loyal teams – many people genuinely care about the company and the work they do. - Accessible leadership – the Board and MT are approachable, pragmatic, and down-to-earth, with very little ego involved. - High trust environment – individuals are given ownership and space to innovate. - Strong social culture – it’s easy to connect with colleagues and the company organizes social events like ski trips and parties.

Cons

• Limited flexibility around remote work – currently only one work-from-home day per week, which might feel restrictive for people who prefer more hybrid flexibility. • Some internal processes are still maturing as the company grows, which can occasionally lead to inefficiencies or require extra coordination between departments. • Cross-department collaboration can sometimes improve, especially when it comes to aligning priorities and processes across teams.
