Good goals, big changes, bad direction and outlook - Direct Care Road To Responsibility Employee Review

Recent changes have direct care, managers, and directors annoyed. new faces that are hired because they are a body and not because they are good on the job. This stresses the individuals and staff. Currently there is a big change in overtime opportunities. Staff are working harder to be met with help that is unacceptable or nonexistent. Support or sympathy for lost expected pay is nonexistent causing many people to question the goal away from building and rallying who we serve and that it is becoming more business like.
