Honestly the only pro is that I have a job during a pandemic, but an unsafe one at that
Cons
HR rep asks personal health information, completely going against Covid guidelines. Pushing for workers to come back even before getting test results. Not allowing to bring your own mask in yet don’t give new disposable masks everyday putting us at risk cause they are cheap. Everyone just cares about themselves. If your a hard worker you will get taken advantage of. No room for growth. No raises after a year. Not worth your life.
