      Exposure to a lot of projects in quick succession, if you voice your opinion it is heard, the culture of the firm is pro learning, inclusiveness and self-improvement.

      Cons

      You can get sucked into a very poor work life balance if you are not strong and assertive or highly efficient. Unclear path to promotion and little incentive to stay for career progression.

      Has in-house project mangers, lighting designers and engineers, which is a great way to learn.

      Cons

      Management doesn't like to give any freedom to designers to make their own design decisions.
