Not very professional - Anonymous employee Robinson Aviation Employee Review

I interviewed for a recruiter position. It was a total bait and switch tactic because the position wasn’t for their aviation company like the posting said: it was for their staffing agency in San Antonio. Also the hr manager went on a real bizarre anti DEI rant it was so awkward. Like if that’s your opinion your entitled to it but to bring it up in an interview is just horribly unprofessional. Couldn’t answer any follow up questions about the position either.
