      1. work life balance has been terrible for the past year 2. Lack of manager support on desired career progression 3. Toxic work atmosphere a lot of times 4. Managers pushing for internal competition and throwing each other off the bus 5. Lack of internal mobility to other teams 6. Trying to burn to it current employees by using only one man on a three men job

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
