Provided helpful feedback and trusted the team to operate independently while still offering support when needed. Created structure and processes that helped the EA team operate efficiently.
Cons
Some executives required a very high level of hands-on support, which could create a demanding workload and they gave minimal guidance and communication. That person no longer works there.
