Pros
Fast paced yet, in a good way; i.e. without the bad thing, like "break things", people being jerks, or bad work life balance. Actually, we keep getting additional days off called "recharge days", some are company wide and others a when the team achieves something.
Cons
The cons of a company being at a growing stage, with evolving infrastructure and tooling. If you want Google level tooling (I loved it when I was at Google), then you have to go to Google, or maybe Facebook. If you don't mind being scrappy while building something great, then come to Roblox.
