      Pros

      - on-campus appreciation for employees frequently - weekly company townhalls - collaborative environment - helpful and hands on managers and directors

      Cons

      - Seems transparent as a company but lots of things come out after the fact. - do not hold their word on policies such as RTO, remote work.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
