Pros
Great co workers, small group allows you to really know everyone.
Cons
Was more of a "do it all" instead of a nurse. Did majority MA work and whatever else was needed to be done . Never got time and half when I went over 8 hours. No night differential pay, low pay in general. No benefits. Felt like I was being taken advantage of .
