Pros
Rock Content was once the best company I worked for—great people and culture. Everything changed with the new CEO.
Cons
Long story short: The company struggled with revenue and profitability because of AI's impact on the content creation industry. The former CEO and founder left (he was one of the good guys). The company leadership needed to make the right decisions; instead, they hired a consultancy firm that could have helped change the situation. It didn't help at all. So they decided to hire the worst CEO they could find: inexperienced and unprepared for the job. The new CEO is the opposite of everything Rock Content once stood for—ignorant, right-wing extremist, probably a neo-nazi of some sort. He is more worried about talking nonsense on the internet than actual work. The only thing he did was cut costs in the worst possible way without any regard for the people, the company's future, and long-term planning. He fired the experienced leadership, then fired the rest of the company with the excuse of a comeback to the office policy. All the good people at Rock left. The company is lost. It's a really sad story.
