Pros

Start off working third shift every other weekend switch to part-time flex weekends worked when I wanted to work minimally had to work two weekends a month. Really enjoyed second shift 3 PM to 11 PM. Always got a free meal and surprisingly the residence were super respectful. Management was willing to create a position for upward mobility, but I was not interested.

Cons

Program is disorganized on the weekends, often run by young adults, aged 20 working with older populations of males leaving prison. Sometimes they were on a power trip and didn’t know how to pick their battles. Terrible insurance and case managers are underpaid. In my one year’s time there was two different directors.
